I am a SEN consultant for a local specialist teaching hub and an experienced Head Teacher, with a career-long commitment to supporting children with additional needs. Since qualifying as a SENCO in 2010, I have led inclusive education with both professional expertise and personal insight—as a parent to children with a range of needs including ASD and ADHD. My lifelong passion lies in creating environments where every child, regardless of their challenges, is empowered to thrive.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA Hons degree from the University of Nottingham
- PGCE from the University of Winchester
- National Diploma of SEN Coordination from the University of Northampton
- Up-to-date working knowledge of the SEN systems and procedures in Lincolnshire
- Up-to-date safeguarding and enhanced DBS clearance
- Experience of supporting Independent Review Panels for PEX as Headteacher
